Attention potential wine lovers.

Welcome to the first email from Zin & Zen (Z&Z), our family-owned wine importing company, founded out of a love for wine, travel, and the chance to try something new.

After a longer-than-expected journey into the world of wine importing (a story best told over a glass!), we’re thrilled to announce that our first two wines are arriving this October.

Over the past 2 years, my wife Sharon and I have traveled to Italy, Spain, and California to visit vineyards and meet some incredible winemakers. These trips have been all about discovering unique wines we believe you’ll love. We’re proud to launch with two reds from Francesco Brigatti’s winery in Italy—and we can’t wait to share them with you. Pricing andavailability details coming soon.

Why just two wines to start? LCBO guidelines mean we have to launch small, but we’re building toward more. Our goal is to offer distinctive wines not available at the LCBO, across a range of price points—from weekday sips to bottles worthy of special occasions.

We’ve also connected with producers in Spain, and we hope to have Spanish wines available early in the new year.

This is a true passion project, and we’re excited to bring you along for the journey. Along the way, we have deepened our wine  knowledge and earned our WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) certification.

You can expect just 6–10 emails per year—enough to keep you in the loop without crowding your inbox.
