Ordering and Payments
How do I place an order?
Explore our selection of fine wines and complete the checkout process. After placing your order, please send your e-transfer payment to sales@zinandzen.com. Once the transfer is received, you will receive an email confirmation and we will schedule your delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
For now, we accept e-transfer payments only. All payments can be sent to sales@zinandzen.com.
Do your prices include tax?
Yes. All prices include HST. At checkout, you will see a clear breakdown of the product cost and the HST portion.
Can I order mixed cases?
We offer mixed cases in limited quantities. When available, they appear as their own product in the shop. If you do not see mixed cases listed, they are currently sold out.
Will you restock sold out wines?
Some wines may return depending on the season and availability.
What is your sales policy?
All sales are final. If you have any questions prior to purchasing, email sales@zinandzen.com, and we will answer any question that you may have.
Delivery and Shipping
Where do you deliver?
We deliver throughout the GTA including Georgetown, Acton, Erin, Rockwood, Milton, Burlington, Oakville, Mississauga, Brampton, Caledon, Toronto, Etobicoke, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, and Markham.
We also offer delivery to cottage country areas around Peterborough, Lakefield, Douro Dummer, and North Kawartha.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by location. Most GTA deliveries are completed on a weekly basis. Cottage country deliveries may take longer, depending on our delivery schedule.
Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
What if I live outside the delivery area?
If you are outside our delivery area, please contact us and we will confirm shipping availability and costs for your location. We are happy to help you find the best solution.
Do you offer pickup instead of delivery?
At this time, we offer delivery only. Pickup may be added in the future as we grow.
Age Requirements
Do I need to be a certain age to purchase?
Yes. You must be of legal drinking age in Ontario to purchase any products. Proof of age may be required at the time of delivery.
Returns and Damaged Items
What if there is an issue with my order?
If your order arrives incorrect, or the product is damaged, please let us know right away so that we can rectify the issue.

Where do your wines come from?
Our wines are sourced from wineries all over the world. We partner with wineries that share our commitment to quality, tradition and authenticity. Every wine that we sell has been sampled, and hand selected by our team to ensure a tasteful experience.
Do you visit the vineyards you work with?
Yes. Our family enjoys visiting our partner vineyards, meeting the winemakers, and learning their stories. These visits help us bring a more personal and meaningful selection to you.
